Jupiter is what happens when a planet decides to be too much in every possible way. it’s not just big it’s absurdly big. like, it could fit all the other planets inside it and still have room left, which honestly feels unnecessary. it’s basically a failed star, sitting there with all that mass, almost becoming something brighter but just… not quite making it.
and it never rests. the whole planet is just storms on top of storms, layers of clouds moving at insane speeds, everything constantly shifting. the Great Red Spot alone has been raging for centuries, bigger than Earth, like Jupiter just refuses to calm down.
but the part that gets me is that there’s no real surface. if you fell into Jupiter, you wouldn’t land you’d just keep going, deeper and deeper.
chaotic, loud, overwhelming… but also kind of fascinating. Jupiter is more like a force than a place.
